What the hell this is.

So, this operation is a joint effort to catalogue and vent out the many frustrations and feelings of elation associated with the job of being a creative in advertising. 

Moods change quickly in our world, and this isn't one of those "....seemingly every other day I was up and I was down..." No. It's more like minute to minute, e-mail to e-mail I love and hate my job which reflects myself and so forth.

This should give you a better understanding of what we are trying to catalogue here. It's an outlet to express some of the better and worse things about something that we love.
